From Learning Outcomes to Performance Outcomes

Learning Outcomes don't go far enough in describing what learners will be able to do upon completion of an online or classroom course. They tend to be focused on content. Performance outcomes are more focused on what learners can do and therefore provide a more robust description of outcomes.
